Yes! We have been certified by the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada & the International Association of Destination Wedding Planners

A very long time!  Tajrean, the Founder & Principal Planner has been planning events since High School days (2005 onwards). She also worked for other Wedding & Event Planning companies before starting her own. She has been doing this for over 13 years. All team members are chosen carefully and are provided with additional training from Tajrean. 

Yes of course! It has been a dream to expand our business to Dubai and we are so grateful for the opportunity to produce events in both cities now! While Tajrean will continue to plan the Toronto events virtually, our team will take care of the on-site event coordination aspect of the events. 

We love planning destination weddings! From the Caribbean, to Europe, to the Middle East and Asia, we can plan anywhere!

We book 1 wedding per weekend so we can ensure all of our time and attention is given to our client during that time. We book a limited number of weddings/events per year to maintain our level of service. 

You do have the freedom of hiring another vendor even if we haven’t worked with them. However, we will also do our research and provide you with our feedback so you are aware of their pros and cons.

Vendor Contract reviews are included in all of our packages while our presence at vendor meetings will depend on the package you book.

Yes – we will be able to distribute the final vendor payments. We will get the envelopes from you at our final consultation. 

Depends – dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tajrean gets booked at least 1.5 to 2 years in advance. The number of Event Associates is dependent on the number of guests and tasks throughout the event.

We are one of the only South Asian Wedding Planning companies in Toronto with male coordinators. We will create our team schedule accordingly. 

Yes of course! This is part of all of our packages to ensure you have a smooth and stress-free event! 

Our team dresses professionally in our brand colours or black. Our team will cover heads for any religious ceremony/event, if required. 

We have multiple Lead Coordinators who have been trained by Tajrean. We will match a Coordinator with your event needs. If our team isn’t available, we will collaborate with other experienced planners in the industry. 

We arrive 2-3 hours before the event begins based on the number of tasks we have to complete before guests arrive. Our departure time is 45 minutes to 1 hour after the last task on the event itinerary. For example, if your dancefloor opens at 10:00pm, we will depart at 11:00pm.

We have numerous packages to choose from but we can also customize a package based on what you’re looking for. 

We accept payments via Email/Bank Transfers, cheques and credit cards (additional fee).  A 50% payment is required to book our services & secure your date(s). The final payment is due 7 to 10 days prior to your 1st event.
